Dr. Jeremy Hirshberg is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Management Consultant for Transitive Media, Specific Performance, and LeadClient (Start-up), which are marketing and advertising companies in the Legal sector. He is responsible for establishing the business strategies and leading their execution to improve organizational performance and overall profitability. Jeremy has moved around the country on his career adventures with companies like San Diego Gas & Electric, Booz Allen Hamilton, and the Center for Creative Leadership. He is a self-starter and manages to make a significantly positive financial mark on the organizations that he works with. He also is a very gifted management consultant who works strategically with c-suite leaders and facilitating team dynamics like a maestro. About Jeremy


Dr. Hirshberg is an organizational development consultant who leverages a foundation of business and psychology to design and deliver services that impact organizational performance.

Previously, Dr. Hirshberg was the Regional Director, Leadership Solutions and Senior Faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership where he was responsible for the both the creation and execution of the Western Region Strategy. Jeremy partnered on the development of a leadership and organizational strategy which includes leading culture change to better prepare for an aggressive growth strategy. He also co-authored CCL America’s 5-year business Strategy and supported the development of CCL Global’s Innovation Strategy.

Prior to joining CCL, he has held numerous leadership roles in business development, and leading the design and delivery of leadership and organizational development initiatives across industries, including Government, Finance, Utilities, Energy, Tech, and Retail. He has a proven track record of success including growing Booz Allen Hamilton’s leadership development practice by $70 million in two years and increasing CCL’s Western Region year over year scheduled revenue projections by 1650%.

Jeremy leverages his diverse expertise in the areas of organizational development, coaching, talent management, leadership development and culture transformation to design solutions that meet the uniqueness of each client engagement with transformative and sustainable results.
