Episode 31: Taking Time to Appreciate Employees
Taking Time to Appreciate Employees
with Kat Rippy
Employee appreciation is a Big.Deal.
When was the last time someone else made you feel FANTASTIC about the work you’re doing? Hopefully, it wasn’t too long ago. Wasn’t it great? Join me in reminiscing. Did it make you beam with pride? Did it make all your effort worth it? Did you feel like they saw you for WHO YOU ARE? Did it encourage you to do more of that thing you did so well?
Usually, this is the case. If someone is genuine and honors you for what you’ve done – it is more than just a pat on the back. It’s reinforcement that we’re on the right track. That it’s worth it. That we matter.
Are you doing that for others around you? Do you think each of your employees could say you made them feel this way in the recent past? If not, you might want to listen to this podcast!
Tune in to this episode as Kat covers her thoughts on employee appreciation and goes through a ton of ideas for you to run with.
