How can we do away with “artificial” timelines, forced goals, and deflated motivation and make room for more inspiring ways of making progress on what we want?  Let’s kick-start this year’s goals with a change in the conversation and consider where you could alter your thinking on achieving the results you want to see.

  • Whether we’re talking about New Year’s Resolutions or the annual performance review, are goals really the best way to gain forward momentum?
  • Are New Year resolutions actually going to bring about a “whole new you?” And, by the way, what is with the obsession of always having to improve? 
  • How to practice giving ourselves (and others) more grace by recognizing everyone has their own “best way” of accomplishing something over time.

Honorably recognized as the Women in Parking Impact Award winner in 2020, Andi is also a registered yoga teacher, certified Intuitive Coach, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and black belt in Tang Soo Do. She has an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a BA in English and is currently studying to teach Qi Gong.
